These terms apply to all orders placed on barehearth.site, run by BareHearth Goods Ltd.. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them alongside the Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.
1. The seller

2. The goods
BareHearth Goods Ltd. sells zero waste and eco-friendly household goods, including reusable kitchen and dining items, natural cleaning products, personal care and hygiene goods, and home lifestyle accessories. All products are intended for general household use and daily self-care, not for daily routine or disease prevention. Product pages list what's included, the quantity, and the form. Photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and contract
You place an order when you finish checkout. We confirm by email; the contract starts when we ship the goods. We might refuse an order if stock runs out or details can't be verified, and we'll refund any payment in that situation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices appear in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs appear at checkout before payment. We accept Cash on delivery. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll correct it before dispatch and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

Delivery options, timeframes and costs are on the Delivery & Payment page. The risk transfers to you once the goods are handed over.
6. Product images and colours
Product photos show the goods we ship. Screen colours depend on calibration, browser and room lighting; a slight shade difference isn't a defect and doesn't qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.
7. Transfer of risk
We're responsible for the goods until the courier delivers them to you or the person you specified at your address. After that, the risk of loss or damage is yours. If you see transport damage, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You can return goods within 30 days of delivery as outlined on the Returns page. All goods are covered by the statutory rights and warranties provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. For zero waste household goods, this includes the durability of reusable materials and the integrity of refillable packaging under normal domestic use.
- Customized or personalized items made to your individual specifications
- Perishable items or products with a short shelf life, such as natural cleaning solutions and food-grade goods
- Unsealed personal care and hygiene products returned for health and safety reasons
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Digital content or media supplied in an unsealed format
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BareHearth Goods Ltd.'s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total value of the goods in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms don't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Age and use
You need to be at least 18 to place an order. Use products as described on the label; they aren't a substitute for medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. When a dispute is not resolved by speaking with us, it moves to the competent court of the seller's registered address. Rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence are not affected.
