The promise
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, no matter the reason. We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the return.

Insured delivery
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you, covering the cost.
Secure payment
Pay with cash on delivery or bank transfer. We never ask for card prepayment, and we don't collect card details.
How to claim
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number.
- We'll respond within one business day with a return number and the address.
- Ship the item back, and we'll confirm the refund once it reaches us.
