From ordering at BareHearth to receiving your parcel, there are four simple steps with no hidden twists.
Choose
On each product page you'll find the contents, quantity, and how it fits into daily use. You can compare products, read reviews, and add to your cart.
Order
You can pay with cash on delivery or bank transfer. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number right away.
Dispatch
If you order before the daily cut-off, your parcel leaves the same business day, packed and given to an insured courier with tracking.
Use and return
Stick to the routine on the label. If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return the item, subject to the conditions on the Returns page.

Every dish brush and sponge is made using raw moso bamboo, dried loofah gourd, and unbleached organic cotton rather than synthetic plastics.

Bristles are bound with tight steel wire and timber heads are fitted with turned tenons to endure repeated hot-water washing.

Our team reviews each lot of turned handles and woven cloths for bristle density and seam strength prior to packing.
Plastic-Free Doorstep Fulfillment
Orders ship inside recyclable unbleached cardboard with water-activated paper tape and direct courier tracking.
Common questions
How do you pack orders without plastic?We pack all products inside recycled unbleached kraft cardboard boxes. Goods are cushioned with shredded recycled paper, and boxes are sealed using water-activated paper tape. There are no plastic wrappers, polystyrene chips, or synthetic tape strips in any package we send.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you select bank transfer at checkout, our system displays our UK business account details so you can send payment from your mobile banking app. If you pick cash on delivery, you pay the courier directly when your parcel reaches your door.
What is your return process?We offer a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. Items must be completely unused, free of moisture or soap residue, and kept inside their original cardboard packaging. To start a return, email our team with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
