You can send back anything you bought from BareHearth within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. Here you'll find the conditions, the process, who covers what, and when you'll see your refund.

1. Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original protective packaging with all seals intact. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.
2. Returning an item
- Submit a return request to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization (RMA) and the return address within 2 business days.
- Pack the items securely in the original protective packaging with all seals intact, using the same plastic-free materials where possible.
- Receive your refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
3. Who pays return shipping
For faulty, damaged or misordered items, we cover the cost: we send a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. If you change your mind, return shipping is on you; we don't deduct anything else.
4. Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days after the item passes inspection. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to the account you name; for bank-transfer orders, we send it back to the same account. The bank usually posts it in 1-5 business days.

6. Exchanges
If you want a different size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order. We refund the returned item as soon as it arrives. If the exchange is our mistake, the new order ships free.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no cost until it's sent out. Email [email protected] with your order number. After dispatch, the return process applies.
