How do you pack orders without plastic?
We pack all products inside recycled unbleached kraft cardboard boxes. Goods are cushioned with shredded recycled paper, and boxes are sealed using water-activated paper tape. There are no plastic wrappers, polystyrene chips, or synthetic tape strips in any package we send.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you select bank transfer at checkout, our system displays our UK business account details so you can send payment from your mobile banking app. If you pick cash on delivery, you pay the courier directly when your parcel reaches your door.
What is your return process?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. Items must be completely unused, free of moisture or soap residue, and kept inside their original cardboard packaging. To start a return, email our team with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
How should I care for my bamboo brushes to keep them in good condition?
Bamboo is a natural, resilient grass, but it should not be left sitting submerged in a sink full of dirty water. After washing your pots, rinse the bristles thoroughly under hot water, shake out excess moisture, and rest the brush bristles-down on a slatted soap dish so airflow reaches the timber base.
